Zeus Text Editor for Windows 3.96i – Programming editor for multiple languages

Zeus Publishing Text for Windows is a multiple langauge text editor for programmers which supports Brief, Epsilon, Wordstar and EMACS keyboards. It has been designed to develop software easily by making coding simpler and more intuitive.

Zeus is aimed at all programmers and the developers label it as “language neutral”. Whilst this makes it flexible, it’s also a bit ambitious because all programming languages have different characteristics and requirements from a development environment. However, Zeus Publishing Text offers an incredible amount of features in it’s attempt to cater for all.

Most programmers will really appreciate the Workspace Manager which makes project management very straightforward and clear. You can manage and see at a glance exactly which projects you are working on. In addition, it features an excellent compiler than allows programmers to continue typing whilst it runs in the background. To save even more time, you can even record keyboard macros

The program mainly aims to cater for C/C++, Java, Pascal, Clipper, Cobol, SQL and Fortran programmers although it could prove useful with other languages too, such is it’s range. However, if you program in only one language, you’ll want something more specifically tailored to it than Zeus Publishing Text.
